Australian wine and cuisine to be introduced in Vietnam

The Australian General Consulate on April 11 announced that a special festival to introduce Australian wine and cuisine will be on May 23 to 24 at the New World Hotel in Ho chi minh city

There will be at least 50 kinds of wine and typical dishes from various regions in Australia will be introduced at the festival. Tickets for the event will be sold from May 1.

The event is part of the various activities launched to celebrate the 35^th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Australia.

Earlier, eight Australian painters displayed their works at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi
