HCM City-Siem Reap bus route opens
The Saigon Passenger Coach company (Sapaco Tourist) opened a two-way bus route from Ho chi minh city to Siem Reap (Cambodia) on May 19.
In the short term, there will be one trip a day, starting at 7pm at 309 Pham Ngu Lao street, district No 1 in the city.
It will go through Xa Mat and Trapeing Phlong international border gates to Sapaco’s office at #0667 National – N0 6 Reap, Cambodia.
In the past, Vietnamese tourists who wanted to visit the Angkor world wonder had to transit in Phnom Penh before travelling 310 km more to get there. With the new bus route, the trip will save two hours and 80 km.
Tickets cost US$24 each.
