Poll begins to choose top ten hotels, tour operators Vietnam

Vietnam Travel Association and Vietnet last week kicked off a poll in Hanoi to choose top ten hotels and tour operators, collecting opinions from local and international tourists between now and the end of June 2008.

In the first stage from last Tuesday to Friday, the organizers collected direct opinions from foreign tourists in Hanoi to pick out quality-service hotels and prestigious travel agencies. The poll will also take place in HCMC and Halong cities.

The list of most-voted-for hotels and travel agents will be uploaded on the website www.vietnamtourism.com.vn. in early June. Online voting will continue until late June to find the winners, while a prize award ceremony is scheduled for the middle of July 2008.
