Tourist Route from Viet Nam to Laos and Thailand

Overland Tourist Route from Viet Nam to Laos and Thailand to Be Opened

National Road 27, which links the two highland provinces Lam Dong and Dak Lak, will be upgraded into an overland tourist road from Da lat to Laos and Thailand by the end of 2009, said Mr. Hua Van Tuan, director of the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Transport.
The road will go from Da lat in Lam Dong Province, go through Buon ma thuot in Dak Lak, Pleiku and Kon Tum in Gia Lai Province, then goes to Bo Y border crossing on the border with Laos and Thailand

The Lam Dong Department of Transport submitted a document to prevent work that might damaged the overland tourist route, according to the provincial authorities.
