Vietnam Tourism information boxes installed in Ho Chi Minh City

Vina Media has revealed its plan to set up from between 50 to 100 tourism information boxes in high-grade hotels, department stores, banks, visiting spots and airports in Ho chi minh city
Vina Media’s General Director Le Hoang Yen says that the plan has been initially approved by the municipal Tourism Department. Under the plan, the first box would be set up at Tax department store with a screen of 32 inches at the end of this month.

“The installation costs about VND 10 billion. Information boxes will be named Izzy Kiosks,” she said, and explained that maintenance will be done using advertisement funds.

After Ho chi minh city the system will be extended to other tourism cities such as Hoi an Danang

About 13 similar boxes were previously introduced by Dat Viet Advertisement Company in the city.
