The Accor hotel group and several French universities have joined the Hanoi National University in offering Masters of Hotel Management courses to aspiring young Vietnamese hoteliers.
A Memorandum of Understanding this effect was signed in Hanoi on May 11 between the Association of French Universities in Hanoi , Accor, the university of Toulouse-Le Mirail and the Hanoi National University .
Their aim is to develop high-quality human resources for the hotel sector through a 15-month programme, which includes five months of training at large hotels in Vietnam and abroad.
The first course is scheduled to begin in October.
