Welcome to Hai Scout Cafe locating at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc. Following the chef, we would do shopping around local market to prepare ingredients for coming lesson. Having got enough things needed, we would come to Red Bridge Cooking School on boating trip, another chance to contemplate riverside beauties.

Upon arriving at the school, the chef would present some well known dishes which are harmonious combinations of Vietnamese and Chinese cultures. After the demonstration, we would take our time to cook the same dishes. Tasting what we have done then take backing Hoi An Town by boat.
