THE WHOLE PROCESS:

2 - We will advise your case and enclose a credit warranty form. You need to fill in and send back to us by fax (+844 7912 187). Or you can scan and send it by mail.

3 - As soon as receiving your credit warranty form, we will start the procedure.

4 - After 3 days (normal) or 1 day (urgent), we will send you the visa approval letter. You need to print it, bring it along when traveling to Vietnam. Some airlines requires this letter and you will show it to get on board.

5 - When you arrive at the airport, with this approval letter, you'll be able to get visa at Immigration desk.
