An agreement between Vietnam and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay to exempt visas for people with diplomatic and official passports will be valid starting June 15, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Consulate Department.
According to the agreement, signed last November 19 in Hanoi the two sides will exempt visas for citizens with diplomatic and official passports for visits less than 90 days.
The citizens will be exempted from visas for the entire working term if they are members of diplomatic offices, consulate offices, or representatives at international organisations with head offices in the other country.
